It seems you're cooling the CPU with water. If not, consider adding two intake fans at the front. Your GPU and chipset might be getting too hot due to insufficient airflow. A simple DIY solution is to leave the case open while playing games. For better heat removal, install top-mounted exhaust fans. If you're using a water cooling setup, switch to alternatives like the Noctua NH-D15 heatpipe or the Quiet Dark Rock cooler. Water cooling works best when other components stay cool too. For Overwatch, keep rendering at 100% of your display buffer and adjust graphics settings to medium (as they do in esports). Disable local reflections and ambient occlusion if you're using real-time ray tracing. Also enable anti-aliasing at high SMAA and medium refraction.
