Yes, an AM4 cooler can function with an AM5 socket, though performance may be limited. Since you're mainly using it for BIOS access, it should still work, even if it isn't the most efficient option.

These AM4 coolers function properly when they include the original backplate. Without it, they stop working.

I plan to remove that cooler from my previous PC and install it on the new one to see how it performs. I’ll revise this note after completing the process. Appreciate your assistance thus far.

Also worth mentioning is that the Ryzen 7000 line now includes an integrated GPU, giving you built-in graphics to inspect—useful if the video doesn’t show any output.

Okay, so I did put my old cpu fan and now after waiting for like 5 mins I still don't have any video output, even after trying multiple cables both hdmi and DP, and trying on two different monitors. Everything lights up now, including the keyboard, which is new, however, it takes a while for the keyboard to light up. Also, to the right of the Ram, below the 24 PIN, there is a red light, I don't know if that's normal, or if that is a color coded error indication, hopefully the latter; do you know what that could mean. Thanks again for the help, I am freaking out even more now, lol.

The two debug LEDs are active. Yes, they are illuminated.

While actually recording the board, I captured the first video output. I'm sharing both photos now. The first shows the motherboard switching between one and two, stabilizing around VGA. The second is the display we see. Pressing 'Delete' has no effect.

You're feeling uncertain, that's okay. It's normal to be confused sometimes. What can I help you with?

Wow, I'm still in the BIOS, really. Thanks a ton! I'm not sure how to express this, but I really appreciate your help.
