Your computer is stuck in a boot loop.
I've been working on this system for more than three weeks. At first, I managed to boot it and load Windows, though there were a few hiccups when the machine was even slightly moved. During a benchmark test, I observed only one of my RAM modules being accessed. After turning off the PC to re-seat the sticks, I restarted it but it entered a boot loop. It would power on for roughly 25 seconds before shutting down and restarting again. I've tried resetting CMOS, swapping the battery, swapping the motherboard, changing the CPU, swapping the RAM, and checking the power supply. Still no clear solution. Any suggestions or overlooked details would be appreciated!
Are your graphics card receiving power? I experienced a loose PCIe power connection causing a POST loop, which only became apparent when my GPU lights stopped working. Could you access the BIOS settings? If possible, I’d like to execute MEMTest.
My GPU seems to be receiving power, but I ran a test to check if the PSU isn’t supplying enough energy. The GPU light shifted from blue to red, suggesting it is getting power. Unfortunately, I can’t access BIOS no matter what I do, which is really annoying.
