I recently took a two-week break and came back to try using my PC. It won’t boot and freezes with the Windows logo error code 0xc000000F. It says I need to fix it. I changed the BIOS from UEFI to CSM mode, but nothing worked. The second photo shows what happens when I press Enter after turning on the computer—it loads the loading screen but stays stuck.

Recently I've noticed this frequently. It seems linked to the Windows 11 update screen that appears after each update. My solution has been preparing a Windows 10 installation USB and booting from it to fix the issue. No need to reinstall Windows or lose any files.

Your window is damaged, so replacing Windows should resolve the issue. If you don’t want to risk losing your data, avoid formatting your SSD or HDD during installation, as this will prevent file loss.

I had to reinstall Windows, attempted to fix it using a USB drive, but it failed. The system seemed damaged, so I was really frustrated.
