In the past few weeks, my game's frame rate has dropped significantly from 60fps to just 1fps. After checking my system stats, I see CPU and GPU usage staying under 10%. Do you think this relates to my hardware?

Do your graphics and window drivers reflect the latest versions? Have you fully removed previous driver files?

I believe it was because I had to update my driver in Battlefield 1.

Turn off your machine and perform a malware or virus check. If it slows down after being left idle, restart it regularly—ideally a couple of times each week—to ensure smooth performance and keep the system updated.

This value applies once per game and isn't a constant across sessions. It relates to FPS reductions rather than full freezes.

You didn’t modify the CPU or RAM on that circuit board. It isn’t compatible with any updates, even for K-type chips.

It's possible to modify some H series models slightly or adjust their BIOS settings, though the extent varies. I was curious about the approach.

Games are typically executed on an HDD. Your RAM consumption remains stable during gameplay, but performance may drop if the drive becomes slow or overheats.
