Also, unless you're using an aio cooler, I wouldn't recommend unplugging the pump.

I also checked the power supply—no vibration detected. I removed the exhaust fan from the top and back, cleaned them, reinstalled, and the issue disappeared even at high speeds. I believe it’s fixed.
