You're not alone in this situation. It sounds like your system might be experiencing thermal issues after the installation. The vibration feeling like a heartbeat could indicate unusual heat buildup or fan performance problems. Checking the fans now is a good first step—ensure they're running smoothly and cooling properly. If the issue persists, consider testing with a different cooler or checking for any loose components.

Can't believe your PC shakes because of a tiny CPU. Did you try adjusting the fan curves so they spin at different RPMs during the same time? If they match, it could amplify any existing vibration. If you still have the old cooler, maybe reinstall it to check if the new one is the issue.

It's a good idea to verify every screw securing the parts to the case and also inspect the CPU cooler's tension to ensure it's stable.

No, it does not contain mechanical hard drives.

Set the fan to a 1 by 1 position until the shaking ceases. After that, you'll know which fan is faulty.

The CPU cooler seems very quiet, and the screws need to be fully tightened. It’s still getting familiar with PCs. My rubber foot is loose and won’t hold, but I’m unsure if that could cause vibrations.

SATA serves as a connection method, not a specific storage solution.

Is it a hard drive or an SSD? SATA is merely a data connection/connector. To test fans, just disconnect all of them, start the PC for about 30 seconds, and observe if it starts working. If it doesn’t, there’s a fan issue. If it does, then it’s fine.
