I didn’t know what to include, so here’s everything I tested. I ran it on 3DMark: Graphics score came in at 6 988, CPU scored 11 017. The graphics test averaged 49.69 FPS and the CPU test 37.33 FPS. CPU performance was 37.01 FPS. Overall, my score was 7 393. Temperatures were 86°C on the CPU and 57°C on the GPU during testing.

It seems the issue might be with your GPU. Consider using DDU and reinstalling the NVIDIA drivers. Make sure you don't alter any settings and keep everything at its default configuration.
