They both run faster than your GPU. Both have the same 4GB of VRAM, though I think yours is the same. The second clip appears at medium settings, possibly a medium-low mix, which makes comparisons tricky.

I struggled to hit higher MHz numbers. My PC just crashed after a few tries. Even though it has two fans and a Gigabyte gaming G1 WindForce, the 4GB version works fine. The medium-low settings always bring everything down to a lower range, but I still manage around 25-30 FPS. My friend uses an Intel chip that’s about 16% slower in benchmark tests, yet he still gets 50 FPS on medium settings.
