Use the alternative GPU; it's probably a PSU issue.

The motherboard isn’t working. The PCIe slot failed, so I’m switching to an Alder Lake i5 temporarily (from a friend). I’ll keep this setup until the parts for my 4090 build come.

It seems my GPU had an issue. I'm getting a short-term upgrade to a 3070 Ti.
