Hello there! First of all, you're welcome to join the forums. Also, purchasing a 4060 might have opened a gateway to another world—seems like it could be similar to the PSU. Consider trying a different PSU next time.

It should work well with a 4060, and it's a very energy-efficient card using just 140 watts.

If PC can begin, treat it as if it couldn't boot today. Sorry, that's not right. Did you uninstall drivers before upgrading the GPU? If yes, download DDU from https://www.wagnardsoft.com/content/Down...-DDU-18076, install it, and launch the program. Upon first launch, you'll be asked to select a mode—safe mode with network. The PC will restart into safe mode and then you should choose Nvidia, clean the installation, and restart. If you previously used AMD, pick AMD, clean without restarting, then re-run DDU with a clean install and restart for Nvidia afterward. After the PC restarts, reinstall the Nvidia drivers.

Testing the setup by removing the GPU and using the onboard IGPU would be the simplest approach.

The onboard igpu functionality is not available due to an unspecified issue.

After a BIOS reset, it should function properly even if no dedicated GPU is detected. It may be safe to turn it off if you don’t need it.

Ensure the GPU is disconnected and often requires a CMOS reset.
