No, I haven't tried re-seating your power cables yet.

Adjust the refresh rate to 60 and test Valorant for smooth gameplay. Set frame limits around 120 or 240 FPS.

Do you support XMP settings? The clock speed seems off—your settings are using Auto instead of the XMP profile for your RAM.

I attempted that recently but the outcomes remain unchanged.

I thought XMP was active but ended up configuring it myself. In BIOS I had to adjust it to 3200mhz, whereas with XMP the maximum speed was only about 2100mhz.

Are you monitoring your GPU performance during a game? Look for utilization, core clock, memory clock, and temperature data. Have you ever generated a frame timeline to verify those stutters?

Your usertestbench reports no major problems except a sluggish SSD (it's an older SATA MX500) and a HDD. Do you have games installed on the HDD? Because having a full or slow SSD combined with a consistently slow HDD can cause RAM stutters in Valorant—even at 3200 or 3600 RPM won’t fix it. It probably isn’t a critical issue, but upgrading to a NVMe drive would be better.

You haven't made a timeline plot before—let me guide you through creating one.

Enable the XMP profile and adjust the system memory multiplier to 32. It should resolve the issue. Your RAM timings indicate you're using Hitachi DRAM chips.
