My pc has: processor Ryzen 7 5800X, motherboard B550 A Pro, graphics card RX 6600, power supply MSI Mag A650BN, RAM 16GB 1TB, water cooler from Cooler Master. When I launch any game, it freezes and video drops; the VGA LED lights up. A technician diagnosed it as a motherboard issue since it was under warranty, replacing the socket. I got the card yesterday, but the problem persists when playing games. Help needed (I'm from Portugal, sorry about the English).
What operating system is this? The newest version of Windows 11 caused issues recently, similar to what happened yesterday or the day before. I changed my power supply without realizing the update crashed and started a frustrating boot cycle.
