I built a basic 600 budget PC and initially ran CS:GO at 180-200 FPS. Now it's only around 100 FPS with the same settings. After cleaning up a bit, it didn't improve much. The issue might be related to your graphics card performance or driver settings.

Press CTRL + R, type msconfig, and turn off all options you don’t need. Restart the PC. If it’s Windows 8 or newer, check the Task Manager for startup items.

Vertical Sync is active while Multicore Rendering is disabled, which are the main factors affecting FPS in CS:GO. I understand you mentioned matching your video settings, but this seems like the biggest impact you could have. Other possibilities include: - Defragmenting the disk - Disk being full - Excessive junk - Run CCleaner - Graphics driver issue (reset to defaults or an older version) - Background processes running
