My computer stopped working completely, so I let it sit for a day. Then I attempted to disassemble it and test components on another machine—GPU worked fine there but wouldn’t boot when I put it back on my motherboard. I have a spare RAM module to check functionality. Both RGB and non-RGB RAM are operating correctly, so RAM seems okay. The PSU passed testing on another system, and I suspect the storage issue rather than the OS. I tried different monitors and cables, but the screen remained black. My initial thought is the motherboard might be faulty, though CPU performance seems limited. I also tested an integrated PCIe slot, but it didn’t work. My decision not to spend more money comes from the difficulty in finding affordable, quality parts locally, especially as a student without a steady income. I won’t ask for help or money from others.
