Adjust the settings manually. Enable the automatic fan control if it's off by default, and also apply firmware-based control. Draw a new curve on the chart or follow my example.

It seems the CPU cooler fan might be the issue. The NF-F12 iPPC-3000 reaching near its maximum speed will produce a lot of noise. The Hyper 212 Evo heatsink isn’t very robust and won’t maintain a stable temperature for a 9900k without significantly increasing fan speeds, which may require some CPU adjustments. Consider reducing the fan speeds. You can monitor its RPM using tools like HWinfo.

For complete confidence, run a stress test on the CPU using cinebench, verify if the fans are the source of noise, then check the GPU with Furmark to see if the fans are making the sound. If both produce the same noise, concentrate your attention on the PSU—probably not the issue here, as the G2 is a solid power supply.

I need to adjust the GPU fans down. I haven't tried yet. I'm sure it's not my fan case since they have good RGB fans from the LL Series, specifically the LL120 RGB.

Determine the ideal low by checking your system requirements and the specifications of your GPU model.
