My computer screen often freezes unexpectedly whether I'm writing documents or gaming. I've tried various solutions without much success. The problem mainly appears during video games, especially when playing Marvel Rivals. The SSD reaches full activity but struggles to exceed 100MB/s read or write speeds. (It works well up to 100% usage but barely surpasses 100MB/s.) When under heavy load, it fluctuates between 0% and 100%. I ran a CrystalDiskCheck on my SSD, showing read speeds at 900 MB/s and write speeds at 800 MB/s. My system specs include a Ryzen 5 5500 B550I with the latest BIOS, a 16GB DDR4 Corsair LPX 3600MHz motherboard, and several high-end fans. All drivers are current. I suspect the SSD is the root cause, but any further details would be helpful.
The drive is running smoothly. It's currently at 75% capacity.
