It might not work without XMP, so your memory settings could be the issue. If you purchased the sticks separately, it may be because the profile is tuned for single channel and isn't stable with dual. Sharing the model number would help determine the correct settings.

The PC had been used before but functioned well at first. I purchased it because a family member was reliable. I observed the GPU showing a red light near the connections when it powers down, which suggests a potential PSU problem.
