I was playing games a couple of days ago and right after finishing my session my connection dropped. It seemed like a brief outage or a router issue, so I turned off my PC thinking it would be fine. Now my computer isn’t connecting to my home Wi-Fi network. I have an ASUS PCI Express card but don’t know the exact model. The odd part is that other devices in my house still work—phones, Chromecast, TVs, etc.—and I can also connect to my phone’s hotspot on my PC. It’s confusing what’s going on. No other Wi-Fi gadgets are having trouble, and my PC connects to other networks without problems. I’ve tried resetting the network, using troubleshooters, and reinserting the card, but nothing works. For reference, I can see my network and others, enter the password, and it tries to connect but shows “unable to connect.” Please let me know if you need anything else.

Disable the network settings in internet options by opening CMD, then typing "ipconfig /dnsflush" and rerun.

You're welcome! It seems there was a misunderstanding with the commands. The term "dnsflush" isn't recognized, so double-check your input. Let me know if you need further clarification.

No, they are not the same. DNS flush and FlushDNS use different commands.
