Hey, I see the issue. After swapping the cooler, your PC seems to be getting power and the signal is coming in, but the screen isn’t displaying anything and Windows won’t start. It might be a connection or display problem—check cables, ports, and ensure the graphics card is properly seated.

Make sure to reinstall your CPU/GPU and RAM. This usually points to one of the three components. Are there any warning lights on?

I focus on distinguishing two distinct actions. In this case, I’m checking if it stops when I press the power button or after holding it for a moment. If it shuts down after a single press, it’s unlikely to be POSTing. If it requires a prolonged hold before turning off, it might be booting without showing anything on the screen. This has been useful in my troubleshooting over time. The next action would be to take out the hardware. If it appears to be POSTing, removing the boot drive could push it into UEFI mode. If not, you might need to try reseating or taking out components like the GPU or RAM.
