my computer freezes under heavy usage I've already looked into the temperatures it's okay too, it's not just the applications freezing either; even my cursor won't work and I can't use shortcuts like Ctrl + Alt + Del or even shut down the system. I'm compelled to power down the PSU specifications: CPU: AMD Ryzen 3400g GPU: Vega 11 (Integrated) RAM: Kingmax 2X8 GB MOBO: Asus Prime B450 M-A PSU: Green 600W SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 500 GB OS: Windows 10

open the event viewer to check for the freeze report. it could display a confusing error code that doesn’t make sense. you can search online with the code to find related problems. just note that errors mentioning an unexpected shutdown are likely due to flipping the PSU power switch, but if there’s any prior warning, it might point to the exact cause of your freeze.

You can safely remove the log files and install any apps or games you need to resolve the freeze. After turning off the device and restarting, boot into Windows and reopen the viewer to review any errors.
