I've worked with technology for two decades and have always managed Windows setups smoothly. My main drive is a Samsung 980 500GB Pro Gen 4. My PC freezes roughly four to five times each week, requiring me to keep the power button pressed—something that can damage a hard drive. Sometimes it restarts normally but shows a corruption warning. Over the past twenty years I've experienced drive issues around five times, until I upgraded to Windows 11. That installation wasn't a clean setup; I installed only essential files needed for Windows on my C drive. I also have a Samsung EVO 970 500GB for gaming and a Seagate 4TB for general storage. I've attached my specifications in a Word document. I'm struggling to find fixes online and would appreciate your assistance. Thanks! My Computer.docx

I suggest you stick with Windows 10 until the updates resolve the remaining issues. Windows 11 continues to have numerous problems.

Experienced with OS issues caused by fluctuating RAM, this can be challenging. I recommend switching to JEDEC specifications (disable XMP settings) and running the system normally.
