I modified the bios at first when I received it and recently turned on XMP. I didn’t notice it until last month by mistake. The airflow seems uncertain.

Ensure you track CPU temps and clock speeds while gaming. MSI Afterburner works well for this. If you're unsure about your motherboard specs, CPU-Z can retrieve the details for you.

This is a screenshot of my temps while playing tf2. Took it not too long ago when asking people on here for help. Took with NZXTcam

That's fine, but without logged data on a chart it's tough to track recent changes over the last half hour. 73C is pretty hot for a 10700F. You should keep an eye on CPU and GPU temperatures as well as their usage.

The configuration needs to align properly at 1920x1080 resolution. Then, after the frustrating attempt to upgrade my prebuilt, I’ll definitely avoid buying or upgrading prebuilt items again.

I reported the issue. Your processor is reaching 100°C. Install a new cooling solution.

There could be additional problems, but it's a solid beginning. What is your budget? Also, make sure to verify the CPU cooler tower clearance in millimeters.

For a cooler, under $150 would be ideal. My friend owns one that performs well, so it might suit you too.
