Your bios isn't recognizing the USB for flash storage.
I updated my Asrock B450 Pro 4 Mobo from P4.20 to a newer BIOS version. I purchased a 16 GB Sandisk USB drive and installed the downloaded BIOS file from ASRock’s website. After placing the USB in the correct slot, I verified it was FAT32 formatted. When I restarted my PC, the BIOS still reported it couldn’t detect the image file. Someone suggested using a 2.0 USB port, but my motherboard only supports 3.1. Please let me know if you need further assistance! Thank you!
