I don't remember if BT and Wifi share the same antenna on that motherboard, unlike your B650. Would you like me to try reinstalling the drivers from the Gigabyte site?

If drivers aren't showing up in BIOS or Windows, it might mean something is wrong. The fact that you reformatted the system and it still isn't working adds another layer of confusion. It seems like there could be a connection between these events. I'm not sure how to fix it, but someone else might be able to help figure it out.
