I own a 2600x and an ASRock B450 Pro 4. I faced similar problems with RAM installation. What helped me:
- Insert sticks in slots 2 and 4
- Activate XMP profile
- Lower frequency manually to 2933
- Keep DRAM voltage at 1.35
- Raise SOC voltage to 1.1
These adjustments seem to have resolved the issue for you.

When trying to raise the SOC voltage to 1.1, the computer screen disappears and remains black. The reason behind this behavior isn't clear to me.

That number feels odd. Do you need to reset it? Try version 1.05 then.

Confirming your adjustment is for CPU Vcore under advanced memory settings. Please attach the document for reference. The site mentioning CPU_Vcore.BMP is correct.
