Hello, I'm trying to figure out if my temperatures are typical for the 9900K during idle. It's not running at full speed, and I'm using a Corsair Hydro Series H100i Pro.

At the time of capturing the screen, your system was running at about 13.1% CPU usage, which isn’t completely idle—roughly around 45°C. When the load dropped to between 0 and 1%, it cooled down to 31-34°C, a typical behavior.

That sounds reasonable. Temperatures below 50°C are fine when idle. Just make sure your peak temperatures stay within the acceptable range.

The temperature varies significantly across different cores. Did you verify the thermal paste placement?
