Execute OCCT and perform CPU testing using large, flexible AVX2 instructions on each core. Start with Advanced mode, then disable all cores except one at a time (logical and virtual). Run the test for 15 minutes per core. Noted some random instability in certain workloads; some cores struggled to reach full 30 cycles. I found a few that couldn’t complete the full count, so I adjusted them individually to 27 or 28. Overall performance improved significantly after those tweaks. Most cores still achieved 30, but it’s uncommon for all of them to succeed under these conditions.
