I tested Cinebench on my Ryzen 5700g and reached 95° right away. My MSI 360 liquid cooler is mounted high in the case, but I think the CPU heat is getting transferred to the AIO because the exhaust fans nearby aren’t warm. I adjusted the fan curve for aggressive performance at idle, but opening two tabs on Chrome can boost it to 60° quickly at 1400 rpm. What could be causing such high temperatures? EDIT: The issue was a faulty AIO; you can request a replacement via the provided link if you’re experiencing the same problem. Edited April 14, 2023 by Acrid___ Fixed

Which specific MSI AIO model do you own? Is it the R edition? Does the hose connected to the pump seem hot?

I tested Cinebench R20 on my Ryzen 5700g and it gradually reached 81° with a score of 5125. Cooler is a Scythe Shuriken 2 inside an InWin B1 Mesh, which isn't the best for airflow.

I own the product from Amazon and notice one tube is warmer while the other stays cool, with no cooling effect from the fans.

Consider reapplying the thermal paste for better heat flow from the CPU to the cooler. Your fan might not be providing enough airflow, particularly when the system is running at low speeds, even though your heatsink appears adequate.

Recent reports indicate MSI AIO models have experienced problems over the last 18 months. You might want to review the official recall information.

Your AIO could be faulty and listed for recall by MSI. The 360R has recalls for specific batches (not necessarily all). Follow these videos to understand the checks; if a recall exists, MSI will provide a free replacement.
