Besides all the info all these wonderful people gave. There is another option, one i have suffered personally. I had 16GB RAM in my system(that ran 3200Mhz at CL16 stock voltage) i buy the EXACT same RAM to male it 32GB. Well the RAM manufacturer in its absolutely ignorant move put different chips on the RAM, and thus not capable of reaching the same speeds as the older set. (the new ram need 0.3V extra to reach the same speeds) This is truly infuriating and should be a crime, but i guess they can just alter stuff and not alter the name, and leave you with barely working hardware.

3600 includes a 3200mhz module by default. Plan for future upgrades. Currently, you can use 2666 or 3000.

you won't see any significant difference in performance between 2933 and 3000. one last thing you can try to make it stable at 3200 is to increase SOC voltage to 1.1

SOC Voltage refers to the voltage level of a battery's state of charge. Increasing it can affect performance but may also pose risks like overheating or damage if not managed properly.
