Restarted into BIOS using three drives; system returned to 2133 with CPU speed reduced to about 300 MHz. Reset CPU to 3.8 and RAM to 3200. Verified that changing to three sticks restored everything correctly. Attempting four sticks now.

All four sticks are set to 3200, the system attempts five adjustments to find a working configuration. If unsuccessful after five tries, it reverts to the previous settings. The problem lies with the fourth stick preventing the target frequency. Testing all four at 2666 succeeded, and 2800 also worked. The computer begins the five-boot sequence around 3066 and then resets to 2133. Notably, the debug LEDs show CPU, DRAM, VGA, and BOOT lights—though the RAM indicator remains active before shutdown.

I would turn it off completely. Set all fittings to four inches. Give the CMOS a solid 30-second reset using pin jumpers. Then attempt the overclock once more, but begin at a much lower frequency. This should unlock XMP, though you’ll need to manually lower the frequency. Adjusting these parameters will help: 2933mhz with XMP enabled. Memory voltage range 1.410v to 1.45v (higher if your case allows). Disable Power Down Mode and CPU SOC Voltage at 1.1250v. If this works, increase the frequency step by step—like 3000, 3133, 3200mhz, etc. Extra voltage might force the IMC to respond more aggressively, but results vary. If 1.45v won’t reach 3200mhz on all four sticks, you’ll likely have to settle for a lower frequency or use just two sticks. You’ve invested in these sticks; doing further research now could save money later. Next time, consider asking questions instead of rushing for the cheapest option. With about $100 worth of memory, spending on four sticks gives you solid performance—better to get it right than compromise. 3200mhz is a tough boost for 16GB in two units; it’s pushing limits. GL!

I performed a CMOS clear using the jumpers last night and attempted some adjustments, but results stayed the same. I believe 3000 is the board’s maximum capacity with four sticks, which is acceptable for me. Previously it worked at 3000, so I’m testing 3066 with a 1.45V supply. Note: 3066 won’t work, so I’ll stick to 3000. It’s better than 2133 and stays within the 3200 range, so I’m okay trading off 200 MHz for the extra 8GB.
