One GPU fan on my 3060 is running at an unusually high speed, almost constantly spinning. I've reinstalled the drivers twice and adjusted settings in MSI Afterburner, but it still doesn't stop. Thanks ahead!

It has lost RPM or control signal, likely because of a broken wire. You can check if the other fan has the same issue on that port if the connector matches. If it does, the problem is probably with the card.
