You can access it by right-clicking the Start button and choosing "Disk Management" (assuming you're using Windows 10). This will show how Windows displays the drive. Is it truly a physical spinning hard disk? A 120GB HDD likely dates back to earlier technology.

I never thought it might be an HDD. If it were, it seems like it’s trying to let the owner know they want to join the group in Cyberhalla.

It's an HDD, not an SSD, and it's quite outdated, though my other 80GB drive functions properly. It uses IDE technology. I have some photos attached.
