Temperature stays below 50°C, but performance doesn’t reach expected rates, not even after a gaming session. Bios remains on default settings with XMP activated.

It seems the system is quite unstable. For that value, turn off 9 cores if possible.

I've got a consistent overclock across all cores at 5GHz, but I didn't turn it on because I believed my CPU could reach up to 5.3GHz or 5.1GHz.

It's better to have uniform 5GHz performance from every core rather than relying on higher boost clock speeds that may not deliver noticeable benefits.
