I reduce the settings so I can stream in 3840x2160 at 60fps. I don’t cut the frame rate just to reach a higher resolution. 60 is fine. Going below that would mean sacrificing quality, and I’d prefer 1080p at 60 instead. 1440p isn’t enough to save 10 fps compared to 60.

720p at 30fps is backed by research as more fluid than 1080p at 144hz. Console logic! My choice: 1080 at 60fps wins.

I work at 1920x1200 resolution. 16:10 master race. I'm not concerned with the frame rate, as long as I'm above 30fps, it's fine. I'll use all the high-quality graphics at 30 and lower quality at 60.
