If another PC is connected to the same local network, it will be accessible via LAN and its IP address will be 10.0.0.xxx. On a different PC connected over the internet, you need to share your IP address and ensure the necessary ports are open or forwarded. Create a folder to store server files and place your world under the "Worlds" folder. Rename that folder using the world name. MyWorld01 \ Worlds \ world name
I also attempted to transfer the entire MC folder from the old PC to the new one, but nothing showed up.
