You were frustrated after removing Ubuntu?
I might have made a mistake during the Ubuntu installation. Previously, I couldn't reach the fixboot command because it showed an access denied error. Now, after watching the tutorial videos, the PC starts up correctly. Should I still attempt this (disconnecting all drives except the boot drive) even though everything seems to work? Also, if the access denied message appears again, is there a solution around that?
If your PC is running smoothly without problems, everything is fine. But if you encounter slow startup times or other issues, try the suggested approaches. This method helps resolve and restore stability to the Windows bootloader. If you're considering Linux, you can install it via VirtualBox or use another hard drive, such as the 300GB storage, avoiding changes to your main drive partitions.
Removing the partition often resolves the issue. If that fails, use your Ubuntu disk utility to format it. This should help.
