If not, try the KB3035583 and KB2952664 updates first, then wait another day. If it still doesn’t appear, there’s a year left before the release—don’t worry about missing it.

Avoid installing updates and express frustration when things don’t function as expected. This is the reason Microsoft is now requiring updates for the Home edition.

You should use Windows 7 or 8/8.1 without Enterprise features. Make sure to download the correct Windows Update, as this is necessary for getting Windows 10. Really, you need to install those updates!

Found the entries with IDs (KB3035583) and (KB2976978). Make sure to include the brackets as Windows sometimes misinterprets them. Also, many of you have over 100 updates—no shame! 😄
