So you can use those slots as you want. If you compare that, with the block diagram, you can see, that one m.2 slots is connected directly to the CPU and you get another one from the chipset. The latter one is only PCIe 3.0 x4 If you had a third m.2 slot, that one would have been more problematic. But you are safe. You also have 3x PCIe 4.0 x1 from the chipset, so your PCIe card is also fine. If you ever want to run a PCIe x4 card in your second x16 slot, you'd have to check what happens again.
