You're experiencing inconsistent frame rates despite running at maximum settings, which is common when balancing performance and stability in high-end systems.

On large multiplayer maps packed with many players, if you switch everything to ultra, I wouldn't be surprised to notice drops in the 50s with that rig. Make sure the resolution scale is at 100% in your graphics settings and definitely turn off Vsync for first-person shooter games to prevent terrible input lag.

You can disable the vsync, adjust the shadows and lights, and experiment with mid settings. For the hardware, you might try enabling turbo and XMP (though I'm not playing the game yet).

I appreciate that you disabled vsync and now you're achieving around 144fps without any frame drops under 100.
