It's strange what happened—it froze completely and then resumed exactly where it left off, as if the issue never occurred. No matter what I've tried, it persists, which makes me suspect either a problem with Valves or something affecting my ISP. I'm hoping you're correct and that a fix is available in an update. I've already reinstalled Steam and lost my settings, though it's mostly just a hassle since I used a special crosshair I might not be able to access again. Just want to enjoy playing CS:GO, haha.
I’m likely to follow suit. You seem to be missing the link right now—it’s not helpful until the issue is fixed. It’s frustrating when support policies don’t allow clear guidance, making it hard to get help. I appreciate you trying to support them by sharing some items. Still, releasing an update that could break gameplay feels risky.
It seems like you're wondering if the problem might be related to your internet service provider.
We had to involve the ISP for another reason related to the connection. In the worst scenario, the other problems we've faced will be resolved and Valve will address whatever issues they have. This also impacted my Rocket League game, which makes me wonder if my internet might be the cause. Of course, when I played H1Z1 I didn't notice any frame drops.
Activate net_graph to receive precise details about the issue, as network problems are leading to frame drops!
I have it enabled. Everything works normally in the servers, no warnings, no frame drops or ping spikes. It's odd though.
