Wow, it seems like there might be no drivers available. I had to reinstall the USB drivers after uninstalling Windows. I ended up using Safe Mode to fix the issue.

Continued playing counter strike, then I tried to play hardline (I was bored) and it has no Audio.... Also guys how do you get all that shit off in the start menu, all them recently used and also the apps at the side.

They haven’t updated the drivers yet, so I’m reaching out for Level 3 tech support tomorrow. I’m hoping they can resolve the issue.
