I recently updated some components on my PC and now experience a problem where pressing Alt+Tab from a full-screen app causes the monitors to flash twice before I can use them. The Samsung display (top right in the video) indicates it’s switched to HDMI input each time, and this happens with both my 1440p monitor and the main screen. It typically takes over three seconds or more. It’s really frustrating and I’m not sure how to fix it.

Computer details: Ryzen 5 7600 (New), Gigabyte B650M Gaming Plus Wifi (New), BIOS Ver. F32d, T-Force Vulcan DDR5 2x16 at 6000MHz (New), MSI Gaming X Trio 2080 Super (Old), Lexar NM790, Corsair RM850x, Windows 11 24H2 64 Bit.

Please let me know if you need more information.

I wonder if it's a weird Windows 11 issue. I've never had this happen on Windows 7 or 10, even with fullscreen applications. Are your GPU drivers up to date?

I was on 565.90 and it was really problematic. Moved to 561.09, using the alt tab helped a bit but flashes persisted. 560.94 kept flashing too. All game ready drivers worked fine. The 565.90 Studio version behaved similarly.
