You need to update or fix a DLL file.
Start from a Windows installer USB drive, set your Windows installation letter, and transfer the DLL via the command line. In a WinPE setup, press Shift+F10 to access the command prompt. Alternatively, consider using a Linux live image, though not all support writing to NTFS. Be cautious—replacing the DLL while the system runs can cause issues, so a live boot is often necessary. I believe I understood it now! Before sharing, I attempted to swap the file from another computer, but it failed for the same reasons—even though that machine wasn’t connected to the desired hard drive. I plan to unlock the "secret admin" on the second PC and retry. If it doesn’t work, I’ll have to step down.
