Hello, the issue started two days ago while I was playing a game. My FPS plummeted from 150 to just 20. I checked the power cable, power management, game settings, etc., but nothing fixed it. After several tries, I reinstalled the GPU drivers and it worked again. When I rebooted the laptop, the problem returned. I tried updating the drivers and reinstalling them, but it still didn’t help. I suspect Windows is interfering with the GPU drivers. Any advice would be appreciated.

Specs: Acer Nitro 5 RTX 3060, 16 GB RAM, dual-channel i5 11400H, 6-core GPU. Usage: around 16-18W at 100%, GPU runs at 405MHz vs memory at 210MHz. Expected: ~90W at 7001MHz, ~4000MHz for GPU.

Check the disk using chkdsk /f /r in the Command Prompt.
