If budget constraints require adjustments, reducing storage to 2TB is a practical choice—more space can be added later. Upgrading GPUs tends to be quite costly.

I recommend the 7800X3D as the top value CPU for budget builds and it performs well under load. You can always lower the voltage for better cooling. The 9700X is a solid choice if you're considering other options.

I'll adjust the RAM settings. I'm in favor of CL30. Regarding the GPU, I can only use a low-profile, half-height card... which means I'm limited to the 8 Gig card. I haven't discovered any budget-friendly cases under 5 or 6 liters that fit anything other than a low-profile talk height model.

Budget considerations? Use case matters. You definitely need 64GB RAM? This case really limits your setup? RAM performs poorly here—CL30 is fine, but the GPU struggles with just 8GB VRAM. There’s nothing better fitting in such a small form factor, and even the SFF PSU adds extra cost. If you’re tight on funds, opt for a larger case, or invest in the best CPU instead.
