Have you attempted putting the laptop in safemode and checking if it resolves the issue? If yes, then it's likely the software "Intel Extreme Profile" is the cause. There should be a method to reinstall that program to its original state.

Or
Can you access the BIOS? If possible, try pressing F6 to revert to default configurations.
