I can't direct you to a torrent, but I recommend searching for a retail disc. That's what matters.

It appears to be an issue. If it’s configured to save to your users’ or downloads folder, it functions for you now. However, there might have been a change I’m unaware of. For now, sticking with IE is safer until the problem is resolved.
