This item is from a retail store or used condition. It appears to be accessed via a guest or standard user account without administrative privileges. If it comes from the store, please return it and request repairs. If it's used, you may need to reinstall Windows to obtain admin access.

Execute the following commands in admin privileges:
1) Run 'net user administrator /active:yes' to unlock and activate the admin account.
2) Set the password for the administrator account.
3) Log off and then log back in using the admin credentials.
4) Switch your user role to administrator.
