I modified the bios information. I verified the RAM placement to ensure the CPU is correctly seated. I re-enabled the CMOS and am now reinstalling Windows. I don’t know the exact problem, but if anyone has faced this before, it would be great to discuss it.

I just changed the layout and reinstalled Windows again—still not great, but at least we have a win now.
If the SSD failed, trying to reinstall it on the identical drive wouldn't resolve the problem. This was a Windows-related issue.
